Xpeng has delivered at least 5,837 GX compact SUVs in August, according to company data released on Monday.
The figure represents 81.8% of the model's July deliveries, indicating a slight softening in demand after the initial launch surge. Cumulative deliveries across the first three months on the market have now surpassed 20,000 units.
The GX, which went on sale in early June, is one of Xpeng's newest entries in the competitive Chinese EV market. August sales came in below July's pace but remain strong relative to many rivals launching similar models.
Xpeng did not provide a detailed breakdown of August production or regional sales figures.
